Files and results
- What you can open
- Exactly two standard JPEG, PNG or WebP files. Slider and pixel comparison require equal pixel dimensions; otherwise use the side-by-side view.
- What you get
- An interactive comparison and downloadable PNG difference image after calculation. Counts compare browser pixels and are not similarity or authenticity scores.
Frequently asked questions
Do pixel differences prove manipulation?
No. Compression, scaling, color management and browser decoding can also cause differences.
Can I compare photos with different crops?
Yes, side by side. Slider and pixel comparison require equal pixel dimensions. A different crop can still cause many differences even at equal dimensions.
Can I try it without my own photos?
Yes. The interactive example uses a generated image and a version with less color. Sample metadata is fictional.
